Job Title: Materials Handler & Driver
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
Purpose of the Role:
The Material Handler/ Driver will participate in the daily operational activities of their assigned warehouse which include storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders, load, and unload products. The team member will drive the company truck as needed.

General Duties:
Unload, receive, put away, pick, and load all raw materials and finished goods at the direction of the Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, or Manager.
Use a scan gun to assist in putting away or picking raw materials and finished goods.
Retrieve raw materials or finished goods according to production demand or pick ticket. Visually inspect products for damage or defects.
Operate a manual or powered pallet jack or forklift as required.
Operate company truck as needed to transfer between the production facility and the warehouse or customer deliveries.
Maintain company truck records and appropriate fuel levels to operate safely.
Process shipment paperwork at customer location.
Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and report issues to supervisor and/or manager.
Adhere to all applicable health and safety policies and quality standards.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Participate in Fiscal Year End Inventory count.
Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and report issues to supervisor and/or manager.
Assist in maintaining the Delivery Truck.
Follow safety guidelines and adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Be a part of regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff and perform safety inspections as directed.
Fill out the Daily Forklift Safety Checklist.
Follow quality control measures to ensure that all inbound and outgoing shipments meet company standards and customer requirements.
Report any quality issues or discrepancies promptly and follow corrective action procedures.
Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Communicate any concerns with supervisors and or manager.
Follow daily and weekly KPIs as directed by Supervisor and or Manager.

Pay and Benefits
The hourly pay for this full-time position is starting at $20.10 per hour. Our pay ranges are guided by the discipline, level, and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience, and advanced education/ training.
